A couple of months ago, I wrote about David Goldhill’s excellent article in the Atlantic Monthly regarding healthcare. He emphasizes a consumer-centric system, one built around personal responibility for non-catastrophic healthcare costs. It is perhaps the best article I have read on the topic, although I don’t agree with all of Mr. Goldhill’s arguments.
